All the staff are lovely.
Improvements could be liaising with departments on appointments. e.g hip clinic 11 am.
Pre-op 1:45 pm.
When you do not live close enough to go home there is about 2 hours between appointments.
Everything was explained clearly.
Options for treatment were discussed and a way forward has been suggested.
Very satisfied.
From consultant to appointment through and physio.
I can not complain about care, attention and staff.
Thank you.
My care has been excellent so I have no problem.
Everyone fabulous, friendly and helpful.
Referral from main physio to gym- no assessment appointment was given sent straight to ACL class. This took away from class time as seemed to be the same with every patient.
Care was excellent.
GYM is in need of modernisation.
Always late.
Great care and kept informed of progress and reasons for treatment staff at all levels excellent could not be more pleased with care received.
The care was great and the staff where very good and helpful.
